USA Equity Recovery will sell leased properties with management in place to investors who wish a higher rate of return than what they will find in most other passive investments.

We start with properties that have been written down to prices that after rehabilitation still allow leasing at a profit. Our comprehensive rehabilitation sometimes allows us to cure deficiencies from as far back as the original construction. USA Equity Recovery will find responsible qualified renters to lease the REOs, and then manage and maintain the property as long as the investor wishes to keep the property. If and when the Investor wishes to sell the investment, REO sales will sell the property with reduced commissions. USA Equity Recovery believes there is a substantial additional profit to be made toward the end of this decade when the real estate market psychology and demand stabilizes.
