While you can initially browse portions of our web site anonymously, without giving any personal information, once you decide to register as a buyer or seller, you are required to have a password and a user ID to access other portions of our web site. You will enter a password and user ID at the time of registration. You can change your password through account management in the My Account section of this site. In order to protect the accounts of all users, you may not select or use the user ID of another person or use a user ID which another person has already claimed. Non-compliance with the foregoing shall constitute a breach of this agreement and such non-compliance may result in a termination of your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID and password.

Not withstanding the foregoing, once you provide us with your personal information we utilize many tools to protect it against illegal access, especially relating to any financial or other information we ask you as a buyer to submit to authenticate yourself and assist us in the verification of your identity.

Such information may be disclosed where we are legally required to disclose such information about you such as in response to a subpoena, to prevent fraud, or to comply with a legally permitted inquiry by a governmental agency.
