The maximum value potential of any property depends on its location and highest and best use. We will correct the economically feasible deficiencies so the potential buyers/renters can be comfortable paying a fair market value.


Securing of Vacant Properties:


Ignoring the security of a vacant property has many risks. If the vacant property is broken in to or vandalized the cost of rehabilitation will rise. If the property has an easily accessible pool, it may attract unwanted visitors, who in turn could get hurt. We take all the necessary steps to eliminate these risks by fully securing the property and performing regular checks.


REO Property Maintenance:


Without regular maintenance the value of a property decreases. Not only does this make it more difficult to market these properties, but it also affects the market value in the surrounding area.


REO Marketing and Sales:


We are fully equipped to market and sell REO properties through the use of our company, REO Sales, and several affiliated brokerages.


Workout Lease for Deed Arrangements:


In some cases it may be more desirable to acquire the deed of a property than to foreclose on the property. This allows the lien holder to begin recovering equity in the property without spending additional resources on foreclosure.
